Éclair FC was founded on July 21, 2013 in Cazale, Haiti by Jean A. Dorcelien. The founder created the first Éclair statutes, establishing the procedures of the club to make it fair and luminous to all members setting the foundation for all future plans.
Éclair FC is a non-profit organization believes in creating hope for generations to come and promotes it through sports, education, and leadership.
We use our values to build up effective leaders, great places, and great communities. we also want to ensure that our environment encourages and supports direct communication and interaction between our team members and to everyone involved. We encourage an atmosphere of mutual trust, respect, and a win-win approach.

Founder & President
Jean is the visionary behind Éclair FC, leading the organization with passion and dedication to empower youth through sports and education.
Marie-Claire Dubois
MBA /HRM
Relationship specialist, serves as the Assistant Personnel Director of the City of North Miami. She is responsible for personnel duties in coordinating, developing, organizing, implementing and maintaining personnel programs.
Mihai Preda
PhD,
Mihai Preda is a scientist and pianist with more than 20 years of experience in the field of education. A native of Romania, he studied Physics (PhD, University of Miami) and Music (BM in Piano and Organ Performance, Florida International University). He is currently Director of the Miami Piano Studio and developing the Brain-Based Piano Method, a comprehensive method for learning music and the piano.
